This 4-week EMOM GUIDE includes 3 dumbbell or kettlebell only EMOMs per week with supporting programming in between. It's ideal for a busy beginner who is short on time but who wants to get that heart rate high. In an EMOM style workout you're performing a movement every minute on the minute (hence the acronym, EMOM) & only resting for the remainder of each minute before you keep it moving to the next exercise. For equipment, you will need a timer (We use our iPhone), a kettlebell, and a set or two of dumbbells.
